Overview
Our razor clams are harvested by hand by divers in Class A waters. Their unique shape and flavour make them a favourite for our clients in Asia and Europe.

European Lobsters (Homarus gammarus)
Overview
Our European lobsters have sweet, succulent meat and a firm yet tender bite.
